LAKE OF THE WOODS BREWING COMPANY "ORIGINAL PILSNER" 

The original recipe for our Czech Style Pilsner was developed at our flagship brewery in Kenora ON in 2010 and instantly became a regional favourite. First released under "Papermaker" our OG Pilsner is back under a new name..."Lake of the Woods Original Pils".

This beer is masterfully brewed at our Manitoba Brewery using old-world techniques (its Krausened ...Google it!) originating in the Bohemian city of Pilsen back in 1842, where the world's first pale lager was produced. LOWBrewco's Original Pils has a rich, complex caramel maltiness with a pronounced yet well rounded bitterness. A classic spiciness from the Saaz Hops is present, but does not linger.

Our first beer...now a classic!
