When can I expect my Deep 6 2025 order?
Orders will start rolling out JUNE 2025 and can take as long as AUGUST 2025 due to the volume of the orders received! Our small but mighty team will be hard at work during the Summer months labelling, boxing and packaging each order with care!
If you chose LOCAL PICKUP or SHIPPING you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup, or when it is on it's way to you with tracking information.
I'm having trouble checking out with my Deep 6 order - HELP!
To ensure a smooth checkout process, please make sure your cart contains ONLY Deep 6 2025 PRE-SALE related items. This includes the 750ml Deep 6 bottle, Deep 6 glasses, Deep 6 tees & Deep 6 hats.
As these products are currently available for pre-sale, they must be purchased separately from other items. If your cart includes any products without "Deep 6" in the title, the system will prevent you from completing your checkout.
PLEASE NOTE: We can only ship the Deep 6 BEER within Canada (excluding Quebec, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and Yukon). Please ensure your shipping address is within an eligible region before completing your order.

1. I just placed my order! When do I get it?
If you chose SHIPPING at checkout…
We use Canada Post as our primary shipping service.
Once your order has been placed, items will be shipped out within 3-5 business days of purchase time. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information!
Depending on your shipping choice, you should be receiving your order within 3-7 business days. Please use your tracking number for reference and reach out if you have any issues.
Did you order BEER for shipping?
HOW?! We have currently halted all beer shipments until Spring 2025, when the weather warms up!

KENORA local pickup:
Once your order has been placed, your items will be processed within a 2-3 business day timeframe. When your order is ready for you to pick up, you will receive an e-mail letting you know! Check out our beer and gear store hours to know when you can come in and pickup. Make sure you have your name and order number ready for our staff!
WINNIPEG local pickup:
Once your order has been placed, your items will be processed within a 5-7 day timeframe. When your order is ready for you to pick up, you will receive an e-mail letting you know! Check out our taproom hours to know when you can come in and pickup. Make sure you have your name and order number ready for our staff!

3. Do you offer beer deliveries?
We currently DO NOT offer free beer delivery in Kenora. Pick up at our Retail Store in Kenora is available.

4. What’s your return policy for online orders?
If you would like to return your items, or exchange, please email us at rio@lowbrewco.com. Please provide an explanation for the return!
5. I received a damaged product, what should I do?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In the unfortunate case you received a damaged item, send us an email at rio@lowbrewco.com and attach photos/an explanation. We will get something sent back to you ASAP.
6. Can I purchase items online with a gift card?
We have TWO gift card options, the physical version OR the digital version! Physical gift cards can only be used in person in our beer and gear store OR in our taproom. Physical Gift cards can be redeemed at our Winnipeg Brewery location or Kenora Brewery location. Digital versions are only valid for ONLINE shopify purchases. Happy shopping!
7. Do you offer keg rentals?

Please note, we have different size kegs & inventory fluctuates based on demand as well as brew schedule. :)
