1. I just placed my order! When do I get it?

If you chose SHIPPING at checkout…

We use Canada Post as our primary shipping service.

Once your order has been placed, items will be shipped out within 3-5 days of purchase time. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information!

Depending on your shipping choice, you should be receiving your order within 3-7 business days. Shipping fees are calculated by the weight and size of your package, along with where it's heading!  Please use your tracking number for reference and reach out if you have any issues.

Did you order BEER for shipping?

If you're ordering beer, just make sure you have your ID handy for proof of age for delivery!

If you chose LOCAL PICKUP at check out…

Once your order has been placed, your items will be processed within a 2-3 day timeframe. When your order is ready for you to pick up, you will receive an e-mail letting you know! Check out our beer and gear store hours to know when you can come in and pickup. Make sure you have your name and order number ready for our staff!

Please bear with us while our small team works hard to get your orders out as soon as possible :) 

2. I ordered Thunder Bay beer delivery, when should I be expecting my beer?

Thunder Bay beer deliveries are BACK! Deliveries happen on Fridays. To get your order delivered on Friday, make sure to place your order by Wednesday at midnight. Don't worry if you miss the deadline, we can still deliver it the following Friday.

Please note that deliveries are only valid for beer orders of 24 packs or 750ml bottles only (deep 6 750ml bottles not included).

On the day of your delivery, we'll give you a call when we're on our way! Just make sure to have your ID ready at the door. Remember, you gotta be home to accept this delivery.


3. Do you offer beer deliveries in Kenora?

 We currently DO NOT offer free beer delivery in Kenora. Pick up at our Retail Store in Kenora is available. Luckily, we offer Kenora beer deliveries through Feastify!

4. What’s your return policy for online orders?

If you would like to return your items, or exchange, please email us at Please provide an explanation for the return!

5. I received a damaged product, what should I do?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In the unfortunate case you received a damaged item, send us an email at and attach photos/an explanation. We will get something sent back to you ASAP.

6. Can I purchase items online with a gift card?

We have TWO gift card options, the physical version OR the digital version! Physical gift cards can only be used in person in our beer and gear store OR in our taproom. Physical Gift cards can be redeemed at our Winnipeg Brewery location or Kenora Brewery location. Digital versions are only valid on the online store you purchased from (Ontario or Manitoba).
