1. I just placed my order! When do I get it?

If you chose a SHIPPING at checkout…

We use Canada Post as our shipping service.

Once your order has been placed, items will be shipped out within 48-72 hours of purchase time. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information!

Depending on your shipping choice, you should be receiving your order within 3-7 business days. due to COVID-19 delays are normal. Please use your tracking number for reference and reach out if you have any issues.

If you chose LOCAL PICKUP at check out…

Once your order has been placed, your items will be processed within a 24-48-hour timeframe. When your order is ready for you to pick up, you will receive an e-mail. Check out our beer and gear store hours to know when you can come in and pickup. Make sure you have your name and order number ready for our staff!

 2. Do you offer contactless pickup?

We sure do! Once you place your local pickup order and receive a “ready for pickup!” email, please call the Kenora brewery at  1 833-321-2337 to let us know you’re here! Make sure you have your name and order number handy, and a staff member will be right out with your items.

3. I ordered Thunder Bay beer delivery, when should I be expecting my beer?

We currently offer free Thunder Bay beer deliveries on FRIDAYS ONLY. You must place your order by THURSDAY @ 12AM to get your ordered delivered FRIDAY afternoon!

 We currently DO NOT offer free beer delivery in Kenora. Pick up at our Retail Store in Kenora is available.

4. What’s your return policy for online orders?

 You can find out return policy here. If you would like to return your items, or exchange, please email us at rio@lowbrewco.com

5. I received a damaged product, what should I do?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In the unfortunate case you received a damaged item, send us an email at rio@lowbrewco.com and attach photos/an explanation. We will get something sent back to you ASAP.

6. Can I purchase items online with a gift card?

Nope, gift cards can only be used in person in our beer and gear store OR in our taproom. Gift cards can be redeemed at our Winnipeg Brewery location or Kenora Brewery location.

7. Can I see a sizing chart?

1.  I want to order some deep 6 beer! How can I?

We have officially sold out of our Deep 6 bottles for the 2020 release. Fortunately, we are sinking more in 2021! Join our pre-order wait list here: https://deep6.beer

2. I purchased some Deep 6 bottles/merch, when can I get my items?

Beer will be pulled up around end of May/beginning of June! We will be preparing orders for distribution in June 2021. Keep an eye on your emails for updates, along with pick-up dates and tracking numbers. Every customer will be notified once their merch/beer is ready for pick-up/is getting shipped out.

1. Where can I order?

2. When can I get my lowbrewco groceries?

Our deadline for orders is TUESDAYS AT MIDNIGHT and pick up FRIDAY.

If you ordered any time after Tuesday's cutoff time, your order will be ready for pickup the NEXT Friday after 1PM. No exceptions. 

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup. Come into the beer and gear store or call us if you need contactless pickup.

3. How do my groceries come?

All lowbrewco grocery items come frozen unless stated!
